Delivery time

Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. on a working day are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the second following working day. Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch. Leider Angst bestätigt

Lange habe ich mir überlegt diese Jacke zu bestellen. Sie hatte „nur“ eine Bewertung und die Person kann ja auch einfach Pech gehabt haben. Getraut habe ich mich dennoch nicht.
Meine Freundin sah das allerdings anders und hat sie mir kurzerhand geschenkt.
Anfangs sehr zufrieden, bestätigte sich schnell der Inhalt der vorigen Rezension. Nach dem waschen bildeten sich im print etliche Risse. Die Jacke an sich ist zwar sehr schön und fühlt sich auch gut an, ich trage sie ziemlich gerne, so sieht sie allerdings nicht mehr schön aus.

Ich werde in Kürze diesbezüglich mit dem Kundenservice in Kontakt treten und hier weitere Updates festhalten.
Diesbezüglich bin ich allerdings optimistisch, da meine Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice bisher durchweg positiv waren.

Nette Jacke, aber Qualität naja

Die Jacke ansich sieht echt gut aus, allerdings ist das Akatsuki Zeichen vorne und hinten ziemlich schlecht verarbeitet. Ws ist halt nur so ein Farbprint, der vermutlich nach ein paar mal waschen abbröckelt. Schade, für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet.
